I was there week 14. Went 8 days in tärnaby and one in hemavan There were almost no people there and tarnaby's park was not that big but it was good
condition. Hemavan's park, on the other hand, was worse.

Awesome good backs !! Have been there 2 times now and just as fun both times!
But it was a matter of fact that the elevator you're sitting in (Tärnaby) was broken. But otherwise completely perfa! *Thumbs up*. Hemavan had some more family backs and "Hoppbackar". And also a backyard in 2000 m. that was powerful!
Highly recommend it!

Hemavan bestows a lot of mountain feeling. Not much to party life there. For more difficult journeys, you must go to Tärnaby. But if you go long and beautiful, Hemavan is the right place. Nice with the KeyCard system, you do not have to worry about the heavy lift card. However, the king lifts will be a bit difficult sometimes, especially if the snow has become slippery. The favorite lifts are nevertheless Norrliften, from here you can reach most of the slopes.

A place that has everything from pillows and offpiste to children's areas.
Instead, breathe true mountain feel, but if you want jibba, you can take the bus to Tärnaby. Go there in the spring, Easter is perfect, then there will not be as many people as in Åre. Heliskiing in Hemavan must be experienced. Minus for no seat lift.

HEMAVAN:

Certainly a place that fits all skiers. The slopes are varied. The sunbathing jaws are relatively steep at the beginning and then flat out to beautiful carving slopes. The width is well taken, which is good as they can be quite a lot of people in the spring. The Kungliften offers a couple of beautiful offpiste rides but also beautiful slopes down towards the village. Not far from the top is the virgin cake that is a light and pleasant peak to bump into. (check the avalanche risk with the patrol first) Away in the center lifts there is a backlight that is illuminated and about 1 km long. nice with many lovely hills to cross over. Something that is sad with hemavan are all these transport stretches. Otherwise, they are not so much people there during the weeks but when the weekend comes they tend to thicken up a bit especially in the royal lifts.

TÄRNABY:
Even this place has its little pearls. The Ingemar hill does not have much to offer, often hard and full of gates for training riders. One tip is to have lunch before or after as they are there to practice as they become much more flat on the slopes. Anjabacken offers a little steeper ride from the top and then planes something out. Also happens here that they are standing in the piste. Good offpiste on skiers right in from the elevator set. However, should not go down at the bottom if they are very snowy when they are quite flat.
The park between the slopes is usually in good condition when the snowboard line is there to fix it.
Another nice thing about this is Anja Pärsson. A lot of power in those thighs :)

Hemavan:
Lovely varied slopes, good pistachio and very nice staff.
Be there at Studentski when we were closer to 800 students there. Nevertheless, there was a good flow in the lifts and not crowded in the slopes.
Big plus because we were a bunch that was welcome to ride DH in the pistons. In Hemavan you feel welcome.
The only downside is that everything sold in stores / restaurants is disgustingly expensive. Hamburgers platter with a drink for 104: - is hollowless. Fortunately, Sibylla is 50m away with normal prices.

Hemavan-Tärnaby has awesome backs and a good offpiste next to the royal lift. There are slopes with slopes, great for beginners and skilled skiers. Have cozy places to sit in the hill to sunbathe, some little pearls

Great place! always good snow. Just got home from there and it's been quite sick well. Come 70 cm sneezing while we were there over the New Year weekend.
Cheap accommodation is also available as well as an ICA store with really good prices.

Hemacan is a wonderful place! Great hope to train ... But only a funpark has them! Lovely long runs with nice nature. Lovely offpiste. Great place if you like to ride a lot in the woods (offpiste) ... I recommend everyone to go there. A wonderful place.

The Kungliften can offer a little powder, but otherwise there is little in Hemavan / Tärnaby. Park is good with. Tärnaby has got a fantastic park now. It is where the pipe used to be before. The pipe was torn because it was so little used. There has NEVER been a queue in Tärnaby. I'm there very often, have a cabin in Hemavan. Hemavan there are usually very many people, but if the Kungliften is open, it's not queue because everyone wants to take the royal elevator. Park is in Hemavan. It's usually not very good, but this year they really got it. They have a lot of jumps in all sizes, a jibb / funbox rail, two flat rails and a flatdown. You have to go to Mellanliften to get to the park. But there is also some hope in Hotellbacke and Centrumsbacken. Go to the park.skidhemmet.nu to see the park to Tärnaby.
