Kvarntorpshögen is located outside Kumla and just under two miles south of Örebro. This is the highest point of the Närke plain, measuring about 492,1 feet above sea level. There is a road all the way up to the top, but it is also possible to get up with one of Europe's longest wooden stairs that has 427 steps. In addition to the fact that there is a ski resort at Kvarntorpshögen, there are also several sculptures from famous artists that annually attract around 30,000 visitors and which go by the name "Art on high". When it comes to skiing, Kvarntorpshögen consists of a ski resort with two lifts and three slopes as well as a drop of just under 328,1 feet.

The big hill has a good slope (red back), quite tall to be artificial. The substrate usually varies because of the weather. Recommended!
