Sapphire Valley is a small and manageable ski slope that is well suited for those who want simple and clear alpine skiing. The resort has three slopes – one for beginners, one for intermediate and one more challenging – making it easy to find the right level without making the area feel cluttered.
The slopes are up to about 1607.6 feet long and have a vertical drop of around 196.9 feet, which provides reasonably long runs for training, family skiing and shorter sessions on the slopes. Sapphire Valley is not a place for great variations or advanced off-piste, but works well as a local ski slope where the focus is on accessible skiing and a relaxed atmosphere.
