- You have to take a bus to get to Lech and Zürs

was in st.anton week 8 2007 and definitely had the best alp weather ever! sun every day, though very hot and terribly little snow. The backs were upset immediately and almost horrible to go in. I spent most of the time in Lech, which I thought had a lot better backs and, if possible, a few smaller people. What I thought was hard was that it was swollen by Swedes. You heard almost Swedish more than German there. It was quite expensive to take bus / taxi to Lech and Zurich every day.

A little plus and minus:

+ the weather, sun every day
+ lots of restaurants and bars
+ good nightlife
+ good offpiste
+ good lifts, especially the Galzigbahn that was new to this year
- lots of people
- Too many Swedes
- bad backs
- bus / taxi service to Lech and Zürs
- Almost just sports shops
- Some snow (of course it is different from year to year)
- very avalanche for offpiste
- a lot of beginners on the slopes

I was quite dissatisfied with this year in St.Anton.
Previous visits here have been better.

No review. But has an booked trip to St. Anton on 23 February. Would be nice with a little tipping and something good and good. Will be worried that it should not be snow with = /

So Hermann's hamburger is left! Another reason to go to St. Anton for Hermann knows what he is doing. Have spent two seasons in this skiing Mecca, and just like Hermann's burger, the skiing here is amazing. Rendl and Stuben are the favorites, but a day in Schöngraben or Meinwasser is also not stupid! I have tried other places and countries for a few years, but this year I will be back. There is something special about St Anton ...

His hamburgers are amazing, affordable and have been there for over twenty years, staying at Nassereinbahn, all days except Saturdays, 4.30pm to 9pm

Totally underbaaart ..
the slopes are awesome and the offpiste is almost infinite .. but I had higher expectations of the mention of "white ring" they are talking about everywhere and everyone is talking. thought it was a bit boring .. however, one had to see most of the ski system which was good.

drawn in St. Anton is difficult and as Dynamit mentioned, the "Funky Chicken" rocks of all other places ..

I'll be there around Easter, they'll be sun almost all the time .. The sunniest place is Rendl beach where volleyball tournament was running in the upper body in the snow =)

The modern Alpine skiing cradle. Need yes write something more ... Terrific nice area with alternating nature and rides.
Nice lifting offpiste in Anton, Jakob, Stuben, Zürs, Lech, Sonnekopf and last but not least Pettneu with its superb forest hillside.
If you want to go world-class off-piste and are prepared to knot 1-4 hours, the Arlberg area is a bright alternative in Europe. (For me anyway)
Now, yes, you do not want to disclose any special routes, but yes, you can say that there are seldom many places in Arlberg where you can always add firsttracks even a week after the dump ...

Go by with a nice party! The ride should take place outside the piste until the slopes get busy very fast!

This is really a real treat .. if you like offpiste.

+ offpist, offpist, offpist. There are large areas where you can pull the windshields really. perfect spots for BC jump

- The park in Randl is nothing to hear for. However, there is Lech but it's not that special either. For those who like to ride in the piste it will be a puck piste in the afternoon.

Otherwise, the cannon ski resort. va there 16 days in the winter.

Agree with previous recencent - OK pistachio in the morning but it was very quickly discovered. Soft spring snow week 13, unusual weather with rain and snowstorms did not make the surface better.
The son got a honeycomb The only nice day does not raise the score. Then there was ice in combination with speed that was above.

Tips for better skiing in St. Anton is Rendl and Stuben (the latter we never got tested).
Even Lech and Zurs are good, where all the money that comes in via lift passes back to the system. There was a good pistachio despite the snowstorm.
Unfortunately, he did not investigate more than 3 slopes in Lech when an ax fracture due to poor visibility and the almond massacre stopped stopping for further rides. Scary that the skiers from leisure trips picked us up at the top when the sight was about 5m ...
