Svärdsjöliften

Ski resorts in Sweden
Svärdsjöliften outside Falun is a local ski slope with a long history. The first time it opened its doors was back in 1970! Just as the name suggests, there is only one lift, but that's not a bad thing. The lift provides 393,7 feet of altitude skiing on 3 different slopes, there is also a large park and a ski cross track. Of course, there is also a restaurant, which from the 19/20 season is fully licensed and drinks range accordingly.
As usual in similar resorts, it is possible to rent ski and snowboard equipment on site for those who do not have their own. Slightly less common, however, is the opportunity to rent the entire ski resort for a day! Maybe something to think about for the next company party?

All my grandchildren 8 have learned to ride on these slopes. Skogsslingan has been most popular for them.
