Ammarnäs skidcenter

High up in the north of Sweden you will find a small town with a small family-owned campsite. At this campsite you will find a well-maintained ski slope with two lifts and several slopes. There is also a slope that is adapted every year for snowboarders who want the opportunity to jump on the slopes. The slopes themselves vary every year, but the small ski center does its best to be able to create jumps that suit all levels of difficulty.

If you are looking for a small but wonderful and genuine skiing experience in northern Sweden, this is an excellent option. You will rarely find long queues at the lifts here. Although the forest is quite dense, there is the possibility of good off-piste as well. The highest you reach is 2388,5 feet and the longest run is 1,1148,3 feet, with a drop of 1010,5 feet. When you're done skiing and unzip your skis, you can always visit Dalstugan for some quick food and good drinks.
