Vallåsen

Vallåsen is a ski resort in Halland, Sweden, located south of Våxtorp on Hallandsås. The location is anything but good for skiing, but they have nevertheless managed to create an appreciated ski resort with well-maintained slopes. When it does not snow enough during the winter, snow cannons are used. In fact, Vallåsen has one of the EU's largest artificial snow systems, a must to be able to ensure that it is actually possible to ski here.

Do you live in Skåne or southern Halland and want to be able to ski without having to drive too far? Then Vallåsen is perfect for you. The ambitious ski resort is getting better and better every year. There are eleven slopes to choose from and at the time of writing seven different lifts to get up with. In addition to the slopes, there is also a nice park here with both jumps and rails. Perfect for those who want to show off their tricks. You also have a nice cross-country trail if you want to do some cross-country skiing.

In the summer, Vallåsen has a good bike park. Often ranked number three in all of Sweden after Åre and Järvsö.
