Kittelfjäll cannot be compared to any other place. Every year is different depending on the weather's whims, which is a part of the charm .... Some years it has been really bad with snow, but you always find some good scratches. But when it's like last Easter, a lot of snow and sunshine, well then it's completely unforgettable. Easily accessible off-piste for all levels and spectacular ravines in the system.

After a big snowpump this ski resort is magical! Drop long queues and expensive cafe lattes! Here it is right up in the elevator and kokkaffe that applies!

Always something new to discover one, then the other is not equal

The coolest place in Sweden? Was lucky enough to go helicopter trip with Helinord three tops with good conditions (recommended). Good with pillows in February when we were there. Closed with lifts, but that's not why you go to Kittel, found really good woodland skiing near the lifts. VERY quiet with people in general.

Kittelfjäll makes me ticked. The mountain itself can be Sweden's best liftburna ski mountain, when the snowfall is the right one. Despite this, there are many times a lot of people in the slopes, good and bad. It feels that the enormously nice possibilities are not fully utilized. The main explanation is well crashed that, unfortunately, southern Lapland does not have the geographical and communication conditions for attracting large numbers of people. Another contributing factor may be that service levels are not always at the top, but sometimes they hold a somewhat nonchalant level, especially in the sports shop and at the hotel. Promised activities can be set without communicating and problems with accommodation can take time to fix.
When there's plenty of snow, skiing is absolutely fantastic, even if I miss a lift up to the top. Snowy seasons are not quite as fun.

Incredibly easy offpiste. You can find untouched snow far after snowfall.
