me and a friend came home in April from a taster of bloodstick in my mouth and stripes in the shower ... I've probably never had fun on skis as I can say !!!! about 8 miles downhill and a grim park that hit most of the time !! kalas accommodation in a big cottage most similar to a villa ... maybe your next year again !! hope so!! I can highly recomend this ski resort !!!

Trysil is good, with great snow conditions compared to eg Åre. Many pistes with everything from in the form of beginners to experts. Trysil has a huge park which is now ranked 2nd in the whole world with Whistler Mountain before.
Minus is the nightlife of Trysil and that is quite expensive there.

+ long slopes
+ many black slopes in high altitude
+ easily accessible offpiste
+ backing experts
- they almost open the expert when there is really a lot of snow in it.
- nothing happens especially in the evening

came home from trysil for about an hour ago ... have spent a sports week's week there and every six months in a row !. I'm the oldest child in a big family and my parents always want to stay on one side - the fageråsen - it's the most dying place in the world! the only thing there for '' nightly activity '' is the pub st olav ... which I can not see for a while ....
What I recommend, however, is '' early '' when they open up a few hours before the rest of the lifting system ... canoeing is it then and I recommend it for those who want to go back and maybe see any professional ... though there is nothing to recomend for the morning tired .... a disappointment is that they have laid the fun park at the absolute coolest chair's lift and there will be easy LOW BUTTONS !!!! ... but I can definitely recommend the funpark! Otherwise I think there were not so many queues even though it was sports law though the plant has a very high lifting capacity! .. Another ecom nomic thing is not to buy soda and the back ... for half the price than I gave you got the same soda in the store ... a coke 50cl cost 30nkr in the back o 13nkr in the fageråsen store! ...

Have had a cabin there in about 13 years so yes know how the place works =) Yes, of course, it's quite wonderful but yes, you know where to find the best off-road to the best time at the right time of the season, etc. However, always recommend high heels where most of the best black backs are available and also on top with the horse or black. Here is also the best off-road shooting. Of course, trysil might be a bit nice and mostly for families with children, but I think it's a very good compliment to the Alps! Well worth a visit and 100 times better than eg. Salen.

Were in Trysil 15-18 January 2003. We had a great trip with the weather. -7 and sun for three full days. I have been to Trysil before and usually it is very cold in January. But now it was superb. We stayed in Fageråsen, the best ride is on top, so early in January there was only sun on top and towards the "left" part of the pistemap. The system has been properly expanded and there was a lot of off-piste driving. Knettsetra was the best dining place, located in the middle of my system in the back. The black slopes were quite nice, a bit of a bit of steep slopes. The slope The expert has a good slope in the upper part, about 45 degree slope. I recommend you to take a trip to Norway and Trysil, located 5-7 miles from Sälen.

Ojsan ... in Trysil had my first skiing holiday ever ... once a long time ago. And I think it's a good place just then. As a ski holiday when you still do not have such high demands on the ride. Varying. Good system. Clearly approved ride. It seems to me that they had some pipes: I looked at but did not dare to go. That's good.
Nice atmosphere. And ... hmm ... nice weather ... that's a plus.

a fun facility with everything you could wish for.
There was not so much offpiste when I was there, mostly ice cream. But there really went away and you got adrenaline in the blood for several days to come !!

I like Trysil. Högegga and the ride on the mountain next to the bristle piste that comes with the old chairlift or the same old liftlift is magically good. Here you can play well in the rough terrain of the studios. Then there's a lot of bus to go to here and stay on the mountain. Kanonbra to be as close to Gothenburg as it is.

Badly good park last year. The Arctic challange was awesome. Could work a little more with the pip though. A superpipe would be fat
