Exceptional family location. Nice terrain park. Some steep parties, but not some real mountains for longer off-piste driving

Trysil is one of the best ski resorts I went in. The area at Högegga is high class with its steep slopes. the bad thing is that there is no really good offpiste.

A nice ski resort aimed at everyone with a healthy alpine interest. I have been to Trysil 3 times with school and it has been incredibly good all the time. Many varied slopes and good bouncy opportunities for anyone who wants to.
Highly recommended.

Trysil is top in every way.
They have long and beautiful slopes on all sides of the mountain, fast lifts and a lot of offpiste. Here you must be a skiier.

Really good skiing.
Long nice sliding slopes where you can enjoy carving wings. Very nice black slopes that are both tall and varied terrain. Good fall height. The chair lifts are fast and smooth and have great capacity as well.

Also, some offpist scratches. But the snow blows quite so easily away there.
Puckpistar there are and good snowboard parks.

Another plus is that it is not far away about 5-6 miles from Hundfjället.

However, the price for lift passes and food is a bit high. But it's worth it.

Plus:
-Really good off-piste skiing!
-Good for space for everyone to ride on.
-Fast basket lift. The entire lift system is good.

Minus:
-Snowparken: Isigt, and large iceballs (or rocky snowballs) in the jump. The edges of the pipe are completely nerded.

Trysil is a very good ski resort, it is quite much bigger than those of Vemdalen and other minor ski resorts in Sweden, but not far away than Åre.
I can recommend Trysil.

I have been there for 12 years now and I have not been in a better place in Norway or Sweden (within reasonable driving distances).
Trysil has everything from Beginner Tracks to Tracks for the expert.
The only negative I can see is that it may not cry out of offpiste opportunities, but you can not get it all.

Long, varied and well-pisted slopes. A lot of beginners in the afternoons but they stick to Fageråsen and the Tourist Center. Short offpiste rides that are quickly picked up. Much better a Sälen that is just an hour's journey from there.

Wonderful place in Norway ... but unfortunately expensive ....
