What do you think about Trysil?

Now Trysil is part of SkiStar. They have a new website, in addition, they have rebuilt in Fageråsen new backs and new six-seat elevator with seat heating and a plastic cover that protects against wind. It's time to refresh the pistemap. Wants to go with friends week 2 a little people, a lot of snow, nightlife just as much with very good skiing and quite snow proof. Everything else has already been said, after Åre Trysil is the best in Scandinavia.

Trysil is the shit!
Trysil is probably the best ski resort seen from Sthlm. Out of class Sälen in total also Åre with its long lift queues and overcrowded slopes. Trysil is one of the best resorts in Scandinavia. Have been there about 7 times and 5 times in Åre and once in Sälen (do not go there). Trysil is a world-class city.
Very beautiful black backs. So, to ride in the completely new people-empty slopes an early morning.
During the day people are filled, but you never get the feeling that it is crowded like in many other places. The lifts turn off how many people, ever so, you never have to end up in endless life queues that take away a lot of the feeling.
Trysil has everything, but compared to Åre maybe it does not have a fully equally entertaining nightlife.
As everyone knows, it's crazy in Norway so it's also a little minus on the list but it's worth it.

 + The ride
 + Folktomt in the slopes
+ There is something for everyone
 + Nice Norwegian;)
 + Close to sthlm

 - Expensive as f * n
 - Sad nightlife
 - No train

Best place I went on! awesome backs, not at home in the acidic fall! 2km long slopes, now you have to get started the turns before it ends! a little minus for the expensive and a little half-packed food, but in general: WORLD CLASS!

Mellannordens best ski area. Flat, steep, far and varied. In addition, good nightlife in miniature!

Awesome place! Va in Hundfjället over new year but there they are hardly any snow ... So we went to Trysil for two days instead.

+ Beautiful slopes, good fall height and long.
+ All weather in all directions
+ View from the top :-)

-My people. Perhaps a lot of Sälen residents who came to Trysil because they did not have any snow in Sälen
-Painted with jaw etc.

But over all: Awesome place! Must be tried!

Ciao!

After riding Skis in Trysil infinitely many times in a row, I can say that it was the best. Not as tall ski runs as in Åre, for example. Favoritbacken is clearly 30, which I think is the longest slope for the transport stretches. 30 is so awesome !! Also in Högegga is a black puck pistle that is kalas.
Surely the nightlife is no elevation right away. But the Norwegians are happy and the Danes are scary. They always travel around the back of the barn and fall.
Because I'm so extremely good, it's not easy to go in the cozy family place year after year. - 2007 will bring it to the Alps!

An extremely good place to bring all types of riders, from beginners to more advanced. Nice offpiste though not so long, nice park. Trysil is currently at the top of the list. Were there last winter to return this winter, Satan longs!
But damn how expensive it is in Norway.

Trysil is a mountain ALL should try at least once!
Preferably after February..this usually it's the nicest!

bring a lot of friends and money!
It's too big to o slide the rut yourself and the food is an animal, make your own, make mackerel ... or something

Great variety of slopes, very good park, a little bit of people there sometimes, but they are everywhere!
a lot of rails, many different jumps for all levels of difficulty, 2 halpipes..the outside of the park is usually quite safe but the park is in good condition
Just got a chair lift up just .. but the rest of the mountain has quite fast express lifts, fun fun forest trails, and fun transport routes where you can "play" if you have twintips or board

Beware of the pistons only: P
They do not really mean: D

Viewed from Stockholm, it is the best ski resort in the Nordic region. Close and good! Instead of riding the small hill in Sälen, you can go for an hour to get to a proper ski area. Snow safety feels higher than Åre (Statistically speaking from my own experiences), but the same weather sensitivity. The finest areas are often closed due to poor visibility and blown, which means that the slopes around Högegga are uprooted and damned. When the "pot" is open (St Olav and Black), there is also access to the very good offpiste. Fageråsen far to the right, I leave most of the children's families. Also nice is that there is very little transportation. Rarely queues. The expert is a nice, slender back that is short enough to dare to burn all the way even when the substrate is a bit worse (it will be a bit more adrenaline then only ..). Warning for the unseen roads from the Norwegian border. Double decks are recommended!
Get a three on an international scale, five in the Nordic region.

One of the best mountains I've been to is really everything you could wish for here (besides lots of cushions but if you are lucky there is little else, maybe go to the alps maybe?)

+ Skit good backs you never tire!
+ Really nice park
+ Not much queues, so you have to go a lot! ;)

-The food is quite expensive but you survive
