Lovely backs and family.
A ski resort that surely comes back to with its families.

Plus:
-Man always can read, the slopes are around the entire mountain.
-Good lift system. Almost never long queues.
-Find good ski shops, shops, etc.
-Great snowpark.

Minus:
-Little offpiste.
-Long basket lift.
-Daily lift card. (You put a plain paper into a plastic pocket on your arm, and it comes in snow where the entire card is destroyed.)

Idre is quite done one of the best areas in Sweden ...... even the seal according to me ...

They have a nice funpark if you want to go there or if you went there to party there are many horny Danes but it's fun at afterskiin !!!!!!!!!!

I think with many in my company that sports are over-advertised, okay better than Sälen, who sucks fat, yet far from Trysil, Hemavan, Bydalen etc. I was there with my class on April 4, and the whole south and west side consisted of: ice !!, Stocholmare And Awesome Lifts! We strolled over to the Chock, which was closed, but which cannon snow !!, the whole north and above all the north side were grim. We (3) held us in the offpiste on both sides of the shock. General tip: Go outside the fence to the left of the shock, maybe 100m, snail over the edge and go down completely behind the biggest cliff hanger after the shock 65 degrees slope, cannon nose !!, then slide back to shock! Could have been a three ...

Idre gets a strong three only for the shock, the wonderful weather and the company. The shock was super. Fun to see all the drowning Danes when thrown out in that hill. The nightlife really said I must say. Maybe it was because I was 17 then a dirty age!

I've been to Idre EVERY year since I was 2 ... e 17 now, so I know how it's up in Idre. Ok, sometimes I'm very close to TOK for very Danish to crackling Japanese there, but how good are the slopes !!! I have not been there for 2 years now, but when I'm little, the baby backs fat, there's actually little hope in it, that when I got older, that's what the Ravine was about. Maybe not the best hope in the world, but you can be pissed off on that hill!
The cabins are very nice, good restaurants to sport activities, and fun. But we can have another time ... when there's one .. =)

Must be one of the worst places in Sweden. Short, boring slopes and full of families with children. If you go to Fjätervålen, which is about 30 minutes from Idre, you get excellent skiing without all the "pelicans" and the ice-rinks.

Short slopes, a lot of Danes and slow lifts make things a pretty bad place. Their ski hire is safe, expensive and only bad skiing. do not go here
