Idre fjäll is quite good against the mountains of the mountains and other resorts south but Åre is probably a little better
Positively
Good lifting system 4 stool lifts that work well.
The cottages are right in front of the hill, actually.
The backs snobbrännan, Djärven, the competition and the shock are very steep and good backs
At the north there are slopes of all levels of difficulty which is good.
Good green slopes like crotch, the valley slopes, the longest of Dalarana, the Ostback and the Lymmel
The pegs are well punched and it is good that there are slopes in all values
negatively
The food was not good no resturang was good over the main it is better to eat in the cottages because it is still so close.
The Nordbackarna were a bit short.
The Västbacken is easily harvested and is very flat in the middle. There are many people in it recommends the West Brick instead, it is one of the best backs of the plant.

We were active with the family v 7 and had a lovely week.

However, what struck me is that I think you're going to shut down the shock. The times I've been up in Idre have never been open.

Add all those hours of hours instead of improving the other slopes and building one for the knaplift / ankarlift in Västbacken.

Another very good tip is to bet on another really long red carving back! It will be very thick in the Västbacken and it is not particularly long.

Supernova mountain. I have been to Idre for sure 15-20 times. Nice slopes, both shorter and longer and of varied character. Are you looking for alp skiing does not matter in Sweden, but that's the way it goes without saying. Good sports hall with gym, bath, bowling and more.

I think Idre is just what it should be - a nice all-around mountain. And the Idre area is VERY nicer in the summer and autumn than in winter, so you like mountain surroundings even in summer it's almost unbeatable.

Easter week in sport was positive. Bit of a lot of people in the slopes. Went a bit on the slopes. Nice top cabin on top. Best skiing however, on the neighboring Fjätervålen. About 20 min from sport. There we experienced better backing and genuine mountain feeling ala pistil!
We will be back to sports next season with more trips to the neighboring mountain

Idre Fjäll has both steep slopes and many backs to blueberries. Suitable for families with children. Do not exaggerate long queues to the lifts, have been there for a couple of years in a row now and are running big. Good accommodation so you can go skiing right up the hill, with your own sauna and everything, without the cost of the shirt (everything is relative, but still). highly recommended!

Good cross country skiing, very nice and hilly tracks. Burusjö trail 15km (passes a nice waffle cabin) and the mountain around 9-10km was the favorites.

The lifting station was quite ok to be Sweden, but a big part of the slopes is transport, so the brighter fun parties are well short. But better than Kläppen and Sälen iaf.

Was up in February 2013. Was pleasantly surprised. Very nice and varied slopes for children and adults alike. No live entertainment, but it does not matter if you go as a family.

Formerly the most was in Åre during the student time, but with children it has now become Idre three years in a row. Always in low season around the turn of the month Jan / Feb

Positively
Very child-friendly, especially for little children. Several long, flat slopes and a central childrens area. If you have older children (school age) Idre also works. You can easily let the children go free when all rides are done on the same mountain (all lifts lead to the same "top"). The cottages are good, many of them are very well in relation to the slopes.

negatively
Awesome lot of Danes who smoke, drink beer, cut and plow up the slopes. No good restaurants, most people who go here eat at home in the cottage. Half-life entertainment, even for families. No real after-ski except the loft, which was nothing further. The whole place is a stugby so no real city can not be found. An ICA, a pizzeria, a pub / after-ski and an intersport shop that's it!

The skiing is so, most of the slopes start with a flat transport line, then a short "backe " which eventually opens into a new transport distance. Most backs of the black slopes provide about 10 - 20 second black rides, the rest is green / blue transport.

Previously, Intersport had a shop on the slope for testing before purchase, which was a weekend room. It is laid down and you must enter the square to test a pair of skis or boots. In addition, you have drastically reduced the range. Sad!

Conclusion
Good family place if you live in a cabin and cook the food yourself. Good skiing for beginners to average riders, worse for advanced. The rating was based on a family perspective.

I'm disappointed. After spending several years Christmas law and sports law on Idrefjäll, I will not go here again after the rebuilding on the cheese side. In any case, not before getting better lift capacity for the steep slopes on the cheese side.

MINUS
- You close the lifts 20 minutes before closing = 20 minutes less ride than promised.
- Outer side, totally destroyed after reconstruction. There are only two lifts left. A new 6-chair lift that does not work if there is some frost on the wire. Plus, the old 4-seat to serve all 4 steep slopes with lifting capacity, WARNING for LOW-TERM queues for sports promise.
- Does not work the 6-chair on the cheese side, so the whole cheese side closes, happened several times during Christmas 2011
"Too many bad riders who go back are not able to cope.
- Long lift queues on the east side despite some people in the slopes Christmas 2011.
- Ice-skating rinks, seemingly good cannon.
- Too many transports = Green & Blue.

PLUS
- Family friendly if you have young children.

Should check out the park this year, they have really taken the matter, have a really nice junior park and a really good big park. Well-prepared and well-shapat! Worth a look!
