I have a friend who has been in the praise hall 15 times. A beautiful day he told me I should come along. I've always liked snow if I live in Skåne (Hatar Skåne), at least it was my first ski trip. Since then, Lofsdalen has fallen in my heart. Skit lovely slopes, with lovely nice views from the top of the headland, also a lot of pimples snow and good with snow there. One minus may be that Lofsdalen only has ankarlift but season 2006-2007 there will be a new 6-chair lift.

really nice slopes, but the park could be better but I was there on Easter so you could not have expected much better. It was always fun to go around the forest there.

I have been to Lofsdalen for the past 10 years and appreciate the slopes but when you want to start jumping, you come to the focal point of the fairy tale because the funpark is quite bad, I wonder if anyone knows anyone about how it will look like this year in my gb =)

My grandparents had a cabin in Lofsdalen for many wonderful years.
The mountain has an incredible potential to be something really good, too bad that interest is not from the owner (money?) To expand the little hole.
Often backs that are turned off, which is a shame, but the backs that are found are the bells.
Building on both the mountains and down the village would be an excellent decision. Then Lofsdalen could compete in the Vemdalen class.

Lofsdalen has always been a second home to me. Started my alpine career in 1980. Since relatives have been living a bit outside the village, I have been there on a regular basis since then.
Great skiing when the snow is enough, mediocre when it's not. In the past there was very bad preparation of the slopes, but luckily it has been a little better over the years. Please try the offpist hanger "Palles Röj", named after my relative! Hell of a ride ...
It is difficult to find more scenic slopes in Sweden. To stand on Hovärkens topp and stretch out over the mountain world before the ride is an incredible experience.
The most beautiful hillside "Lofsen" that lies beyond the slightly remote "Cross" is unfortunately gone since the early 1990s.
Big disadvantage is that there are only anchor and button lifts. They are also goodbye ...
Nightlife is nothing to write home about right away. If party is an important part of one's ski trip, one should go elsewhere.
Boat trips to the winery are highly recommended by all who have tried. Will be tested next year

Lofsdalen is not the best in Sweden (far from) but still the ski resort in my heart. Lofsdalen is a place of potential that unfortunately fell asleep in the mid 90's and has slept since. If there is a lot of snow there is a good offpiste, but it will be 90cm. The view from Hovärkens topp is fantastic. Saloon Stairs in the village serve good honeydew with mashed potatoes, Karin's sports booth is quite ok and I can recommend a day on a scooter to the waffle cabin and further on the calf mountain on the other side of Lake Lofsen. However, that hasch seems to be the smoker to the manager mentioned in the previous review to be left, up to the week that went and at least 4 slopes were closed by the clean lath and the pip was a joke. The website is also the one under all criticism.

Lofsdalen I'm okay, have gone there ever since I was little. because of family up there.

Lofsdalen is really underestimated .. It's a wonderful place with a great skiing .. My family has a cabin there, which made me go there since I was really small. I have visited several other ski resorts, but I still think Lofsdalen is the best.
Wonderful off-piste skiing (especially at the back, but then you have to walk about 100 meters and it's pretty steep there, but they are, of course, just fun).
They even have a snowpark in the valley of praise !!

I certainly recommend Lofsdalen! An alright place with cannon-thin slopes, lovely off-piste and good snowpark!

Hmmm .. :) The Praise Valley in my heart. Been there since I was 4 years old! However, not the last 2 ski-out offpiste even in the south if you feel a playful, armpit-shaped river lanes to shine in for example .. Feels like video games: D Good snowmobiling also, on Lofssjön the ice breaks and gets into ramps that you can fly on. Very good ski store, wonderful people. Cozy waffle cabin with the best waffles and views of the Hovärken. A pearl.

Strongly agrees with Daniel that they prefer to go to the valley of praise rather than to the ears. much better. when yes there was week 16 last year there was some snow in 2 of the black slopes and in the fun park otherwise it was great. The jumps were a bit uphill, but if you go there before week 16 it's the perfect place.
