On a work trip for the new service center in Lofsdalen that is being built. Live in the cabin by the pine hill, and I have to say that the beds are under all criticism, when you sleep better on the floor, they are bad, no, time to look over the beds in all those cabins

Badly used ski mountain

Lofsdalen are bad at exploiting their potential. With such a large and steep ski mountain, you should be able to offer good and advanced skiing. And they did that too, twenty years ago. Since then have
1) The steepest slope, Vita Hissen, has been closed.
2) Rännan, Sweden's third steepest hill, no pistes.
3) Toppen, one of Sweden's best high-speed cruising slopes, started to skimp on width so that only part of the slope's width is used.
In addition to this, the pisting is generally substandard.
The problem is probably that the management does not know how to ski. I recommend a study visit to Fjätervålen, just under an hour away. There, they know how to utilize the mountain's potential. And to pist perfectly both on the slopes and the lift street. If Hovärken's opportunities were taken advantage of, Lofsdalen could become one of Sweden's most exciting ski resorts.

Doldis that offers everything! Love Lofsdalen and its family feeling. Have been to most ski resorts in Jämtland / Härjedalen but always return here. Nothing for you who are looking for fun and partying, but if you want to enjoy mountain views and nice skiing with short queues, this is the place to be.

Snow cannons are not so badly used with snow on the slopes.
The lifts stopped 1 time per time you rode the lifts so quite poor infrastructure.

Watch out for the price picture. It varies from week to week and their payment system is based on the day you book, so a discounted day you have to pay full price for. Badly!

It was the first and last time we visited that place!

Long queues when the top lift is closed. Bad info when closed lifts. No toilets away at Bergsliften and generally too few and sunken toilets. Disappointed.

Genuine- Wonderful mountains- Paradise- Not the same hype as the seal & Idre- more peace and quiet but still speed and escape- Glad that they also invest in the summer with Bicycle / mountain bike and paddle- An uncut diamond with a lot of love for snow- Awesome slopes and The world's longest lit slalom slope !!!

A little less snow than usual and thus fewer slopes open than usual as well. But very good work had been done to get to the slopes anyway. Nice skiing for the most part during these 2 weeks and very few queues gave bonus as usual. The cuff held well into the morning several of the days.

Great to be able to cross-country ski in such a varied track as 1.5km with the kids after the slalom ride. The track held up nicely.

Very positive and happy people who work on the slopes and around the village as usual. The children did not want to go home. Looking forward to the next turn.

The only downside that could be affected was that the cottage was poorly cleaned. This has not happened before, despite the fact that we have been frequent visitors to Lofsdalen for many years, much because it is not so exploited and because it is so familiar.

Lofsdalen was cozy and did not have many lift queues, but only half of the slopes were open, it was icy everywhere, the park was not completed and there was hardly any snow.

Celebrated New Year as the last 10 years in Lofsdalen. This year was under all criticism

Uncleaned apartment despite the fact that they promised extra support due to the pandemic.
Appliances that did not work. Drying cabinet worked 10 min / time. The general impression of Fjällterassen was neglected maintenance and dirty, simply the outdoor lighting was completely turned off between the houses.

Uncleaned toilets at restaurant Hovärken ingrained dirt. This was in the evening when you should have had time to arrange cleaning as there were hardly any guests on site. Hand alcohol at the entrance to the restaurant was empty and new was not put there despite remarks from the guests.

Same at the cafeteria on the hill
Ignorant and unpleasant staff at the rental had zero service, was a rider back and forth when the bindings on the board were misaligned

Really sad as we did not recognize this from the other years
