Have just had a light Soviet experience in Lofsdalen. My reflection:

They have a completely ok mountain but have not done much about it as far as the slopes are concerned.

The lifting capacity up to the top is extremely low.

As soon as it blows a bit, half of the lifting capacity is lowered.

Even though snow is not too bad, you do not use your snow cannons.

The lifts are not maintained even though there are so many stones that are closest to the stepper.

In the chairlift the lift guards are hitting people so they can not go with their company to fill the chairs but it has no single queues, which is the perfect way to fill up.

The chair lift stops in the quarters.

Overall, it feels like a place driven without intelligence and ambition. Beware !!!

Have been here ever since I drove on a couple of skis as a little guy. Have a cabin here and have not chosen a better place, It's an incredibly nice little town that has the most, Snowmobile rentals, Ica, and trappers (Krog & Restaurang) Now in recent years they have got a kind of "Lekland" for children, last but not least they have a nice waffle cabin!

Have not been so many years since they switched to a seat lift instead of the incredibly long Ankarlyften which is a big plus! Saving time and energy!

The mountain at all is very good from my own opinions. There is a backing for all for advanced as beginners.
The park is pretty nice, I think there is the right big jump and a little less jibbs that you can play around in many nice rails and boxes. One plus is that there are not very many people there so you have a lucky space to work out what to do now. It's amazingly beautiful, if you stand on top of the mountain and look it's incredibly beautiful!

Lofsdalen is definitely a facility to recommend!

I have to say that in Lofsdalen there is everything. Approved Parks steep slopes one of them is the Rannan which is 47 degrees! Here you will also find easy slopes and children's areas. Will you drive to fit it soon. If you are going to enjoy and take it a bit, it's perfect. The only negative is that the elevator stops.

My first visit to Lofsdalen V14 2009.

Can not say anything but my experiences were positive. Stayed in lofsens fjällby 50 meters from the piste. ;-) We were lucky with the weather so the facility turned out to be its brightest side. The slopes were well prepared and kept well despite the sun and lots of plus degrees. I guess the ride was varied and had many different challenges to offer. Went with me the son of the swimmer who had never been on a pair of slalom skiing in the past. It was easy to find scratches that suited him and he developed quickly. He went from plowing in the children's back to swinging on paralella ski in red back on 4 ski days.

The cottage area that has a few years on the neck was a little tired but everything was perfectly OK. The view was wonderful which gave some extra plus at the edge. The overall impression is good backatr and challenges for all, well-prepared, no lift queues and nice lifts. Maybe not a place to have a party but if you go skiing, I can really recommend Lofsdalen. The staff at Karin Sportbod were very nice

PLUS: no queues, alternating backs, good offpiste if you find the right places :)
good snowmobile leader if you want to test it any day.

MINUS: Must have own wood if you want to cook sausages.
The lifts often stop, such quality of the jumps in the park.

Be the first time I was there and had two days of wonderful weather. Liked that it was not full with 08: or who did not understand anything. soft place I gladly visit again

Have been there 2 years in a row and actually think it's really good, most of the time.

PLUS:
A few people.
Good and fun offpiste.
Backs of all levels of difficulty.
Rail for both beginners and very good riders.

MINUS:
The hopping has been terrific both times we were there, especially the second time!
The lifts often stay.

has been to the lofsdalen 4 times and thinks it is a really good place.in long long queues without lung and nice. The off-piste is good if you like to ride a dense birch. a pretty selection of pisces but the back turns everything.

Ever since Jorman's days, we have been waiting for the back to be expanded. The bowling down towards Glötdalen offers nice skiing and you can choose a line based on your ability. So it sounds hopeful that the ground level is loose. Let's now be hoped that an intelligent lift / pistol designer will be developing the area and utilizing the entire fall height from peak to valley. Would you like a (chair) lift all the way up to the radio mast, maybe one or two slopes and the rest offpiste.

Beautiful setting and really long drive from the top. At the last visit it was snowing very much which made the steeper but a little rocky upper part (Kalfjäll / birch forest) fantastic. The lower parts of the slopes are roughly flat (as often in Sweden).

Plus:
Not a lot of people - more space
Snow proof (to be 2008)
Nice long track
Beautiful nature
Nice accommodation

Minus:
Not a lot of people - quiet in the evenings (overshadowed my part)
Large numbers of cool people who think it's sporty to go very smoothly and bullshit and smell exhausts (with snowmobiles) makes the sense of peacefulness and beautiful environment sometimes wiped out.
The lifts are still standing still.
