The hotel has very good food and is very well adapted for families with children with playrooms and movies when the slopes are closed.

Minus:
The lift attendants need to step up and take authority as there are TOO many inexperienced teenagers riding.

+ Close to Stockholm
+ Okay slopes, well groomed.
+ Doesn't matter that they are a little shorter, then you can rest a little between the rides.

- The weather is often a bit too hot
- Queues in high season
- Up quickly to the south where the best slopes are.

Too short slopes and too many people! The black slopes are flat and the drop is bad! No good off-piste and no bare rock at all!!! You have to wait half an hour at each lift except at the snow mountain express where you can only ride the blue and green slopes. Sure they have Sweden's longest chairlift and a slope of 2.7 km, but it's very flat and you have to ski the whole slope to get down. The black slopes at solklinten express are okay steep but very short followed by the fact that you need to ride boring blue to even get back to the lift. Long and flat transportation lines to get different places. The slopes at south express are also crap because they are flat at the beginning then a drop and that's it!!! Only artificial snow and no powder = bad offpiste. Will never come back. Child friendly and shit drop height! Go rather to the national border, Åre, Hemavan, Bydalsfjällen or Lofsdalen!!! They at least have a good drop and good slopes, but also off-piste!!! The only thing that saves Romme alpine to a one is that they have götes express ...

Romme continues to deliver excellent slopes and efficient lift system and management in rentals. Not much is happening on the food front though. Now the resort has looked the same for about 10 years, the question is whether there will be any more expansion as Funcke has talked about. If you could get a train stop in Sellnäs, it could become a real destination.

On the candy rain, they threw up candy with hazelnuts in it!!! Irresponsible! 😡 I would love a good answer to this! What if there is a small child who is allergic to nuts and then they eat it because they don't know there are nuts in it! 😡

Great evening! Good logistics on rental skis, nice staff both in the shop and restaurant and cafe. Ski instructors top friendly and skilled

Everything is fine just don't come on Thursdays there are too many fools.

Has not adapted staff capacity to the number of visitors. Unreasonable that you have to queue for over an hour and a half to rent a pair of skis. Also long waiting time for pre-booked skis.

I tried to rebook a reservation (skipas) because my son got sick during the night (abdominal pain and vomiting). I was asked for a medical certificate which costs more than the booking.
I didn't understand the difficulty of changing dates?
so I lost the booking money

Great facility for being below the mountains. Impressive that almost all the slopes are open, despite the bitter winter. Lots of people, but queues are grazed quickly by the big lifts.
Funniest slopes (I thought) around the Göte lift. Zero queues there today as well, despite a day in the middle of the Christmas holidays.
