Where in Branäs bring the year the slopes are perfect, but you are disturbed by all the damn Danes. The park is really lovely. There is even a really nice offpiste back on the backside, do not miss it !!! Go there, I just say

Fun to read what people think, but stand at the bottom and look at the mountain. If you have any brain cells in your hands, you can see that the mountain is maximal when it comes to slopes. End of discussion! On the other hand, there is an offpiste called Duga. Follow the drain from the top via the old snowmobile trail, or drop down and come down at Branäs Schoolhouse (Superb Accommodation). Then you can ignore the views.

Quite okay ski / snowboarding place for a weekend or so but no place I would like to spend my sports holiday on.
It's not very big, but the ones there are good, but you're tired of it. But the park is really good (it's the one who pulls up the score). They are really good, starting with jumps and rails, but also a bit bigger and more difficult. But as said perfect weekend trip: D

Branäs has good slopes and beautiful park. Borås has also won this year's children holiday 2007.
+ Good slopes.
+ Gondolift eating queues.
+ Good opportunities for families with children.

Branäs had long good runs to be in Vämland.
I was there Thursday-Sunday v.2 with the sailing and everyone was on different levels, but everyone found something that was fun to go in.
It was good with snow so everything was open except the black slopes, pity :(
The slopes were good, but a little bit of transportation dashes sometimes.
The dog park was good, but a few big hopes maybe.
But that was all right: D

Branäs has quite long runs and beautiful park. this year they had quite a few jump o rails but those who were very good!

Worse than Kläppen and better than Lindvallen as far as the pistol is concerned.

Have been to Branäs twice this year and I think it's okay if you do not want to go so far. Branäs wants to bet high with his resturants and backs. I can recommend it for families with children, but I would not stay more than a maximum of 4 days because you get strangled on the slopes because they are so short and you get down for them quite soon. What's good is that they have some backs open until 19:00 for the evening sunbathing continues until then, but I think they're going to piss those backs you can go at just then because there's usually a lot of ice just and lots of puckles.


You who have Law V.7, I just say that it's 95% Danes just because they have a law at the same time and they pick up all the backs.

Branäs is a really good one. Is there every winter. Highest fall height south of Åre and also a Gondola lift that eats the queues. Until next winter I hope a lot about the new bridge that will go between the "peaks". I also hope a lot at the new restaurant / grocery store / front desk at the top because I usually stayed at the top.

Have been in Branäs 4 years irad now and it just gets better. Every year there is something new. Now you have a very nice fun park with jumps, ski crosses and other fun, new slopes, the lift system is improved. The restaurant has recently been refurbished and a completely disco "après ski department". The backpacks will be several, and several foreign guests will find here. So far not too many Stockholmers (thank goodness, not badly meant but then both the price and the other will be different) There is a clothing store, grocery store and everything you need ... For me, Branäs is a good option when you want a good trip at reasonable prices!
