Sixth time in Branäs this year. We have always been satisfied, but this year the rating is lowered. Nothing further on the slopes, driven up very quickly. It's not so much Branä's fault as the warm weather. However, the food this year. Disaster. Has been good in previous years, but now there weren't many things right in what we ordered. Annoyed among most of the tables the waitresses tried to handle as best they could. And the food was really bad. The lunch buffet in particular was really bad. Everything from watery lasagna to tasteless goulash to lukewarm tea and no coffee. Something has happened in Branäs, it has never been this bad before.

Poorly prepared slopes. Driven up 1h after opening.

I am surprised at how good Branäs is for us with slightly smaller children, but also good riding for us parents. We will definitely be back as this is a fantastic facility for the whole family. In addition, there are no queues even though we have been here both over Christmas and New Year and now over the sports holiday, as the system is well planned.

Great and good beginner slopes for the kids. I had a great private teacher named Tilda. Calm and good!

Fantastic slopes and service, but unfortunately restaurants are not good. We ate twice at Ladan, and were disappointed both times. Pasta for 195 that even the youngest child couldn't get enough of and cold food. The pizzeria has been good in previous years, but now it's a "cheat pizza" with a pre-baked bottom - for SEK 155.

Great ski resort for the whole family that we have been returning to for the last 7 years. Good for the children (and the mother) when they are learning to ski. There are both slopes they feel safe in and slopes where they can develop/challenge themselves! Wherever you live, you are close to slopes and shops.

The combination of good skiing, beautiful nature and the many fine accommodation options make Branäs a top destination. The investments that are now being made on the mountain create a buzz, which makes the destination even more attractive and interesting. What you can wish for is a wider range of restaurants during the winter half-year. Preferably with independent contractors.

Branäs has really undergone a major transformation in recent years. They have developed the mountain and, despite the relatively low drop height, have created long, beautiful slopes where, as an experienced skier, you can lie down really well.
Otherwise, I would say that Branäs is a mecca for families with children. There are plenty of slopes here and the well-developed lift system takes skiers of all ages quickly and efficiently back to the top.

First year in Branäs, I can only say that it is by far the best place for children to learn to ski. Beautiful slopes and good lifts that take you around the system. We were there over Easter and not at all as long queues as in other systems, certainly a lot of people but everyone gets a seat :-). We have already booked the next ski season in Branäs ingen. What could be better is absolutely the top cabin, which with its location could be fantastic.

The children are now 18 and 15 years old and we have been in Branäs throughout their upbringing, which has been fantastic. Then we took a break to other places, but returned this winter for a weekend.
Can only say that I am very impressed with Branäs, the new lifts make it very easy to get around and the slopes are perhaps not so "challenging" if you have ridden a lot, but for a weekend it is fantastic.
If you are a family with children who want to be close to the slopes, you cannot live much better. We stayed at Örnen, which is new and can really recommend it.
The fact that it is a reasonable distance from Gothenburg also means that we will definitely return to Branäs.
