The accommodation in Solhem No. 5 was exceptionally good. Nice and well-equipped cottage. Best ever. Our family of 10 people wants to send a big thank you to the homeowner.

It was promised morning skiing Wednesday and Friday when we booked on Friday changed themes (only on the website) to Saturday instead

The shock is the clockwise option in the sealed mountains, and the old tree-trunk that many people think is going down the grade of the resort has been scraped since last season, now you go up in the green area in a quick sex chair lift that cut the trip to the top with a quarter of a quarter ... , (jepp the old wooden chair took almost 20 minutes to move from the valley to the top, now you're up in just under 5 (five) minutes). Fall height is 370m and you can go offpiste from green to black, see you in the Älvan! (there will surely be a chairlift to soon ...)

We visited Stöten week 14. All the staff we met (reception desk, ski room, lifts, ski instructors, ICA staff, restaurant staff) were wonderfully nice! We found that the shock suited us as a family of children topbra.

A beautiful and large system with a very nice and modern organization.

To improve:
- stop playing American rap music through big speakers in the forest that really bother the beautiful experience in the lifts and also do not add anything but just strange
- end 90-seater skis with dangerous bands that do not track the volume of audio. Since soundcheck also takes place during lunch, you lose important customer groups when it is not possible to eat then
- Develop the maternity offer at Stötentorget morning / lunch and après ski - the little you today feel like a large kitchen in the nursery

The staff are wonderful, ranging from those on Ica to he who sells sausages on the after-skin. Simply put through a nice staff !!! Our cabin at Skidtorget was incredibly cheap, so we could all afford to live there, about 4000 SEK for 4 people and 4 nights over the new year !! In addition, we had to check out 2/1 in Stöten, in the rest of the mountains there was 1/1 in force. Very close to activities in the other mountains, we chose a trip to Trysil in Norway (4 miles away) and a trip with helicopters for 400 SEK on Hundfjället and dog sledding in Tandådalen. Hence, Sälen is perfect, everything can be done, only half an hour away.

week 8 in the spring 2016 was absolutely fantastic, good weather for the weather, we had a really fun week with a fantastic cabin on the snow road in the Crown Park (the transport lane next to the cannon) a little more snow around had made it even better but why complain about what was going on excellent, the black slopes are both tall and steep and suck the mustache in their thighs (honestly, skiing in the steering classes is better than both Tandådalen and the dog mountain). The atmosphere around the breath of skiing and the big elevator make it rarely lifelong (but is you get lost at 3 lifts, it's worse, the lift is a minor disaster and destroys the impression and reputation of the fine shock) BYWARD IT IMMEDIATELY !!!! Annika's kitchen and bar were a positive experience of both food and drink as well as the cozy family service from Johan o Gänget, the after-ski brasserie was no higher if you are not a children's family (how can a trubadur end with your door open, no singer with or the song was embarrassingly embarrasing) otherwise a very nice place with a gentle "nightclub" that it only takes type 45 min. to one of Scandinavia's best ski areas / Trysil) is just a big plus, as you can vary the skiing between the resorts
PLUS slopes, the service, the cottage, Annikas bar o kitchen, the scooter rental and the proximity to Trysil
MINUS 3 seat lifts, after skis, lack of more red pistes

Best staff! Everyone from the reception to the ski shop to lifts, all are supernova!
Should I find something negative, the 3-person lifts are way too slow. It gets pretty hard when it's as cold as it was when we were there in early January.

We had to pay for 8 days ski, but could only stand 5 days. We had to pay full ski pass, but only 3 out of 33 slopes were open. An error in their system meant that we had to pay for cleaning, as we had already done.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff, especially those who are out of doors at the elevators and ski schools in cold weather, always with a smile and a willingness to help. Even the reception staff and the others were very friendly and helpful.
We had a wonderful stay with a lot of lovely skiing, a lovely setting and friendly atmosphere.
