we there v.6. Unfortunately, it is true as many have pointed out before. Wind-sensitive facility two days out of six, the top lifts were closed.
Given that v.6 is low season, there should be fewer people in the lifts. But when they close Vargy, WC and three anchor lifts to the top, it will be pure sports holiday queues for the remaining lifts.

Considering all the newly built and planned accommodation, they will review their lift capacity before I return again. I'd rather go to a lesser known resort and get to ski a lot with less queues.

Too bad for a resort with good slopes when you can ride from the top.
Nice bathhouse and nice bowling after all…

Child-friendly and overall very nice staff but short slopes due to poor drop height.

No, we will unfortunately never choose the shock again. Completely impossible staff who were not solution-oriented at all and not very nice either. 9 extremely dissatisfied people who choose other than the bump next time. Unfriendly and snotty staff. We paid 17 thousand for an accommodation where the water more or less gushed right into the bed. So, unfortunately, our first night started with being dung-soaked as well as the bed, mattress and packing (then there was an outlet right underneath with a charger and mobile phone). So we had to start our day by trying to save what was left and wash bed linen and hang quilts and mattresses to dry (the washing machine there also leaked water). So paying for 4 lift tickets that day was not immediately worth it because a lot of time had to be spent on this. We asked for compensation in the form of new lift tickets the next day because it was hardly possible to use it as we had to deal with other things on our holiday trip. But No from snotty and unpleasant staff, young girls, so 7 of us couldn't even discuss more but simply swore not to book here again. The shocks also do not belong to schists, so it could not be solved in the form of other accommodation in other places in the seal, otherwise we would of course have done it if it had happened. After many, many arguments with staff and headaches later, at least part of the price of accommodation is compensated when it is now refunded. So now we listen to water dripping in bowls and have a bedroom really short. Fun vacation😂🤦🏼‍♀️👍

The rating could have been high. The slopes are very nice in parts with the Älvan as the jewel itself.
Unfortunately, the WC lift stood still more than it rolled. Total disaster and you should really get your money back. The queues at Soltorget under all the criticism. Understand that lifts are expensive investments, but if you build out a billion cabins/apartments and hotels then you MUST invest in greater lift capacity. If all the lifts go, it is undersized, but when e.g. WC is stationary then it is basically not rideable. Won't be back until this is fixed.

So damn bad there is nothing to do just lots of damn restaurants Inge no pleasure at all.
Skis and be in the cabin. Pleasure is beneath all criticism.
The ones me and my friend have done for a week is to go to tempo o thank you that they still exist but otherwise no bowling because the crap is out of order and has been for about 1 week.

First time visitors under v8. Well-maintained slopes with several really nice runs for the whole family right up to black level. Good width in the ride. Very nice and helpful staff throughout the facility. Limited restaurant options, but what lowers the overall impression and rating significantly are the lift queues. Partly, the lift system is a bit unbalanced where a disproportionately large proportion of the descents and thus the riders end up on the sun square where the chair lift there (Vargy Express) becomes very popular with almost unbearable lift queues as a result. The other chairlift (World Cup Express) also contributed to the total queue formation as it frequently stopped due to technical problems. Both chairlifts were taken out of service 4 out of 6 days due to wind at the top. When this happens, the whole system is clogged again and you stand in lift queues... you don't ski. In summary, the queues all days this week totally controlled our choice of slopes, where we constantly tried to get away from the queues. Sometimes we have taken a car between the lifts because it was completely still. If you remove the queues from the equation and dot off a week when the chief mechanic manages to keep the lifts rolling, the rating would have been high. As I said, many nice descents and skilfully prepared slopes, but we will never go here for a sports holiday again.

Go to Stöten if you want to stand in lift queues. This ruins the whole experience especially when the kids get tired of queuing. Stöten wants to be child-friendly, but with these lift queues, it's not child-friendly. Anyone understands that you can't just build accommodation and no lifts, but obviously not Stöten's CEO, he completely sucks in the guests' ski experience.

Very mixed impression of Stöten. Nice area and good slopes of varying difficulty. Sparse forest that the children liked to ride in. Good piste and rarely crowded on the slopes.
Unfortunately, this is ruined by a few things that you should realize after running a facility for so long:
- If you build a lot of housing, you also have to expand the lift capacity.
- Lifts must be maintained and serviced. World cup express has interruptions for technical fault more or less every day.
- Fix better disembarkation to Vargy with a little downhill so that people get away. Often crowded at the disembarkation with unaccustomed riders who do not get away.

We were here v.8 and it's important to adjust the time of day you go to avoid queuing too much, at least if you want to ride the chairlift. The first hour, over lunch and after 4pm is ok. At other times, there are very long queues, especially at Soltorget, where there are unreasonable queues for all lifts and an awful lot of people.
There is rarely a long queue at the anchor lifts by the Älvan.
If you had been here as a beginner or with small children and wanted to stick to the easier slopes at Soltorget, the interest in skiing would probably have died quite quickly, especially the children's.

If you can go here in the off-season, it's certainly a great place, but I can't recommend a sports holiday here.

Good long and lovely pisted slopes, nice service in the ski rental at Soltorget and in the restaurants.
The lift queues are under criticism! If you are going to expand but so many new homes, you also need to expand the lift system. There is plenty of room on the slopes, it never felt crowded even though it was v.7, but because the chairlift in the World Cup was constantly off, the Ravinliften stops for no reason and no one takes care of it or talks about the situation to the guests, so the pressure is on Vargy's Express too loud. That Vargys then has to stop often because the skiers don't have the sense to go away when they get off at the top or go too far forward and fall off before they got on is a challenge that should be remedied quite easily.
It would be nice to have a slightly more price-friendly and simpler menu at a restaurant, but I appreciate getting home delivery of the pizza, which was very good, if a little expensive.
Doubtful if we will return

The shocks are good at preparing their descents. The facility is well put together and it is easy to choose different levels of difficulty on the slopes but still keep a group together
