Is it ugly in the slopes or long lifts?
Have you gone so much in Åre that you can ski before and without?
A tip ! About 15-30 minutes by car is a small family ski resort called Trillevallen. I myself took my first ski slings there when I was knitted so I have a somewhat sentimental feeling for the place ... but ... it's not as crowded as Åre and less unaware. The ridges are red and blue!

Åre is actually a good good ski resort. Very varied rides and above all longer slopes than in the ex seals. The disadvantage is that there are always many people in law at least in the most common slopes, but much less than in other ski areas. The lift queues are enough in about 5 minutes to 30. But it's a good place to learn to go on, there's always somebody who's forced to go a little tougher. But do not you go to the Olympics, especially at the end of the season, it's the absolute hottest and most puck-paved hill, if there's snow everywhere, with lots of people and often long queues. But try the area around the mountain roller lifts in Tegefjäll, often snowmobile and few who go there.

Where are skiers? Are you on your way?
Åre has one of the best ski areas. But what happens up there? White tablecloths, table serving on the slope. You want cheap and in advance that you can order and eat quickly, the lifts have limited opening hours and soon summer again. Then we can wait to order food but not when you want to go skiing.

Hmmmmm does not feel so profitable to add yet another review about Sweden's largest ski resort, which already has endless many ..... Well. As said Sweden's largest ski area. Good ride for everyone! Good apron! Good hope! good lifts! Good everything! Is more or less grown up (with skiing) in Duved and later also Åre .... as a resident of Stockholm, it was seldom possible for more than 1-2 weeks a year, but it gave blood tooth and the interest in snow and skiing still lives , stronger than ever!!!!

The best place in Sweden clearly !! has many slopes and nice funparks ..
And lots of other good very good also backs from the smallest to the oldest ..
The cable car is also a fun thing !! the place in Sweden where there is one!

Go to the Alps instead! An okay place, but it does not have the little extra you want! Too many people, avoid going there when it's allowed!

Superior position best in Sweden. (If you do not expect the powder at the national border).
Unfortunately, they are aware of this as well.
Most of it costs a lot.

Gryma pistes, often well-premiere.
Will be there 2 times in Year (s) will see if it will be as good as last year.

The offpiste is also completely okey. Maybe not like the Alps, but it is good!

Should you go to Sweden in Sweden, you will defend it in Åre

actually think that the yard starts to be over advertised ... the park is too crowded and too much queue always queue ... the children's area queue swindy lifting card expensive food ... it must happen something new there soon otherwise it will go a lot down for years ... cheers ... though, as you said, you have some flaws on your bank account, you can go there and enjoy it !!!

What makes Åre so good is probably the wide range of different types of rides. There are some parks where the Jibs can hold, and Bräckeparken is not a big deal either. There are also children's backs for the young beginners.
Åres liftköer can sometimes be '' very '' long, which can be quite tight, but you can get out of it. I have not tested the food yet, but I have heard that it is quite expensive, but good.
Offpistbacks are also available for those who want a bit more wild climate. '' May be a big drop here and there ''. But I recommend Åre to all skiers, both Jibbare and Slalomantantaster.
