I was very pleasantly surprised by Åre!
Did not expect me to be particularly good, but luckily I was wrong!
The slopes are varied and usually well maintained. One can say that there is something for all types of skiers, although there may be some more black pistes.
The offpiste is also very good, and there are many good things to do without having to climb the whole day. Highly recommend the West Skut.
Unfortunately, I can not comment on the nightlife because I did not hurry Masa me off to the hook ..

Aah! I'm completely sold at Åre. The backs, offpiste, nature and not least the nightlife. The whole of Åre pulses in a way no other facility in Sweden is close to doing. I want to appoint Åre to Sweden's best facility close to the Riksgränsen. That Åre misses as "The Kingdom" has is genuine. However, one should not complain, the package solutions Åre can offer are amazing. At least one week on the boat per year is a must! Go in January-February if you want to avoid the big mass.

Yes this year, it would not have been so good. but it's good as always. It's really crazy with dreams. It's quite a throw. In addition to the rails, of course.
that's the only good thing. but soon spring will come and then it will be better.

Nice place! A little dry early in the season, since not much is open and the park is not really built. But otherwise you will find good offpiste and good food!

I think that is the best I've ever been to. It's good but backs and lifts. It's great to go offpiste because there are many nice drops. But the ones that are bad are that at sports and Easter promised, there are very very long queues some days. At Christmas promised they are not so many people but then it's around 20-30 minus and the hay zone is almost never open and they have not built the snow park then.

Clearly the best ski resort in all of Sweden.
However, a lot of people over the sports act etc.
Was there last year over redbul big air (23JAN-6FEB).
It was thick with people and far too hot.
It actually was 12 degrees when I went to the bottom of the Olympia lift.
However, the sun shines.
Butter snow. The rescue was the ship that, despite the hot weather, could hold a minus degree.
Get there a little earlier years and hope for cooler tempratures. Last time I was there and then it was 30. It's a bit too cold it too.
Around 10 will they be, then you're the best.
However, still the cold factor will be 37minus anyway: P
ÅRE is the best!

I think Åre is good, should go up at the end of February all the beginning of March, then I think it's the best in Åre. Eastern gorge is always a nice ride. The nightlife in Åre is a cannon, have had some really fun evenings up there. Negative if you go early in the season is that the top lifts are not open. There are very nice scratches from above. Negatively early in the season is that it is so j-a cold .. brrr .. I recommend Åre if you are going skiing in Sweden.

just have to say that Duved has to be one of the better places to "grow up" as a skier. Since the medical association has houses that are basically in the middle of the hammerback, I have been for a week in Duved since I was 3-4 years old. It has been all right. It's not wrong now either when you get older (15 years) and go a little better. It's quite a bit of people, compared to the ears, and it's the right cloudy backs. The six-seat lift is probably one of the best things in Duved.
So I recommend everyone (maybe not those who want to party) to stay in duved during the ski season. if you get tired, just take the bus to the yard.

"Oh coolest place!" ... when I can not say that
but that's bad is completely wrong.
that the ears are over hypat knows all of them (except for the ears borne ... and then I talk about stockholmers and so because there is a fan not many natives left) but have a good ride.
There is a good park there, mostly for advanced skiers, but there is little hope towards the red hill where others can be.
It's no height for children so a young child's family should go to the drop-down instead.
The slopes are steep and quite hard, but if you go up with a cable car on the top you can get a little more soft snow under the skis.
The offpiste is cruel, but unfortunately I did not go so much. A lot of people are tough and there is no shortage here. Despite six-seat lifts, it will be queued. but despite the hype and the people, years are an experience, though trying to explore too much is to eradicate themselves.

I was in Åre this summer (-03) for the first time in my life, I went with a bike, this was the beginning of the colourful experience I've been with for years without a board under my feet. In retrospect, I can only say that anyone who has not tried to go D-H mountain bike, you hardly need to ride a bike to end up in the end of the day to get out of sick uncontrolled speed !!! WOO-HOO! Then to Åre; I was impoerad of how upset everything was with leads, maps and bike rentals, MKT BRA! to come up to the top was amazing, what a view, beautiful nature, sick well! However, Åre is, for an old winter trip, completely dead in the evenings, but it provides space for barbecue and grogg at home on the balcony in your beautiful warm sunset instead.

I want to add and emphasize that I never went DH-MTB before and thus have nothing to compare with.
